The Metro Bank family in Alabama is deeply saddened by the passing of Tabatha Rogers Stanley, who was a valued member of our team for 26 years. Tabatha’s dedication, kindness, and unwavering support touched the lives of many throughout her time with us, and her loss has left a significant void in our hearts.

Tabatha was always the first to lend a hand, whether at work or in her personal life. She was a constant source of support, helping colleagues and friends navigate challenges, and ensuring that tasks were completed with her signature grace and efficiency. But it wasn’t just at work where Tabatha made an impact—her kindness extended far beyond the office.

Those who knew her have spoken of how she went out of her way to help others, often when they were at their lowest. She would take people to doctor appointments, help them find solutions to life’s obstacles, and keep “care packages” in her car to offer to homeless individuals she met along the way. Her heart was as big as her smile, and she loved fiercely, always putting others before herself.

A visitation will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City, AL, on December 5, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 pm.

Tabatha’s spirit of service, her generosity, and her bright smile will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones during this difficult time. May her memory continue to inspire kindness and compassion in all of us.
